Ingredients for 4 people:

300g flour, 60g sugar, 1 egg, 1 lemon, ½ yeast envelope, cinnamon, green anise and coriander seeds and extra virgin olive oil Spelunca.

  1. Prepare an infusion with the seeds of green anise, coriander and a cinnamon stick. Glue and let cool.
  2. Make a volcano with the flour and put the egg, yeast, grated lemon peel, infusion and half the sugar inside.
  3. Knead until smooth, cover and let stand for about 20 minutes.

4. Make dumplings the size of an egg, crush well with a rolling pin and fry in plenty of hot oil. Turn it over quickly, let it brown on the other side and let the excess oil drain on paper towels. Sprinkle the ears with the remaining sugar and serve.
