Ingredients for 4 people:

4-5 potatoes, 80 g sweet ham, 1 onion, 1 roasted red pepper, 1 egg, 1 garlic, black olives, mustard, hot red pepper, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca and salt.

1. Boil the potatoes with their skin in salted water for about 3 minutes, let cool and peel.

2. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. Prepare a large plate or tray and distribute the slices.

3. Chop the sweet ham often, finely chop the spring onion and strip the roasted red pepper. Prepare a sauce with garlic, egg, a tablespoon of mustard, a little hot pepper, salt and a good drizzle of virgin olive oil.

4. Spread the sauce over the potatoes, add the spring onion, pepper and some black olives.
