Prawn carpaccio

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 case of frozen shrimp carpaccio, 1 lime, salmon or omelette eggs, chives, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca, three-colored pepper and salt.

  1. Let the carpaccio thaw a few hours before, storing it in the fridge.
  2. Place on a plate and season with chopped chives, oil, lime juice, salt and three-colored pepper.
  3. Add some eggs and serve.
