Medium green fruitiness with ripe notes. On the palate, it is spicy and sweet, with a clear bitterness and noticeable astringency. Secondary vegetal aromas evoke freshly cut grass and garden plants (artichoke, tomato or tomato plant), along with distinct almond notes that contribute sweetness, and characteristic apple tones typical of Arbequina oils.
The overall profile is intense on the palate, complex and rich in aromas.
