Medium green fruity profile, with hints of ripe. In the mouth it is spicy, sweet, with 1 Bitter Evident and a clear astringency in the mouth. Secondary aromas of vegetable type, with clear connotations of cut grass and garden plants (artichoke or tomato or tomato) or Almond, as well as hints of Almond Clarity, which define the sweetness in the mouth, and characteristic hints of apple of Arbequina oils. The set is intense in the mouth and complex and rich in aromas.
