SALAD ON A BREAD

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 round loaf, 1 bag of leaf mixture, 1 tomato, 100g of goat cheese, 30g of corn, 1 carrot, 12 black olives, edible flowers, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca, balsamic vinegar and salt.

  1. Make a circle cut on top of the bread, empty a large portion of the crumb, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, place the salad leaves, chopped tomato, diced cheese, thinly sliced ​​carrot, and corn kernels.
  3. Season with salt, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir in the olives and mix well.

4. Fill the bread with the salad, spread some edible flowers on top and serve.
