Ingredients for 12 cakes: 125g of plain flour, 125g of strong flour, 70g of sugar, ½ sachet of yeast, 75cc of Spelunca extra virgin olive oil, 1 orange, 75cc of milk, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of aniseed, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.

Heat the Spelunca extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add half of the coriander seeds and the sesame seeds, stir, remove from the heat immediately and leave to cool.
Squeeze the orange, reserve the juice and grate the peel. Make a dough with the flour, baking powder, half the sugar, cinnamon, orange peel and orange juice. Add the oil strained from the pan once it has cooled, the milk and the aniseed to the dough.
Knead to form a homogeneous mixture and leave to rest for an hour.
Separate the dough into walnut-sized pieces and flatten with a rolling pin. Sprinkle a little of the remaining sugar on top and bake at 200º until golden brown.
