Ingredients for 4 people:
8 slices of bread from the previous day, 250cc of milk, 2 eggs, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca, 30g of sugar, cinnamon powder.
- Soak the bread in milk for just a moment and drain.
- Pass the slices through an egg and fry them in a pan with plenty of hot oil.
- When they are golden on one side, turn them over and let them brown on the other.
- Leave on kitchen paper to remove excess oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
