Slices with egg

Ingredients for 4 people:

8 slices of bread from the previous day, 250cc of milk, 2 eggs, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca, 30g of sugar, cinnamon powder.

  1. Soak the bread in milk for just a moment and drain.
  2. Pass the slices through an egg and fry them in a pan with plenty of hot oil.
  3. When they are golden on one side, turn them over and let them brown on the other.
  4. Leave on kitchen paper to remove excess oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
