It brings together producers from across the globe and is judged by an international panel of expert tasters. Winning a Gold Award demonstrates that Spelunca Premium stands out for its sensory harmony, elegance, and strong expression of its Mediterranean roots.

Our oil is born in Les Garrigues, a region known for its deep olive-growing heritage and protected under the Denominació d’Origen Protegida Les Garrigues. The cooperative, with over a century of history, cultivates native varieties and applies sustainable, environmentally conscious methods. From early harvesting to cold extraction and careful bottling, every step is guided by a pursuit of quality.
