Ingredients for 4 people:
Lettuce leaves, endive, dandelion and sorrel. Nasturtium flowers, pickled garlic, 2 chilli peppers, basil, extra virgin olive oil, Spelunca, lemon and salt.
1. Chop the green leaves after washing them. Add the sliced garlic and chopped chilli peppers.
Divide the vegetables among four glasses and dress with salt, extra virgin olive oil, Spelunca, lemon juice and some fresh basil leaves. Add some nasturtium petals and serve.
