Ingredients for 4 people.
8 tartlets, 1 aubergine, 1 red pepper, 8 anchovies, 8 black olives, parsley, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Roast the aubergine and the pepper in the oven. When they are no longer burnt, peel and cut into strips.
2. Dress with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil and salt and fill the tartlets.
3. Garnish each tartlet with an anchovy, an olive and a sprig of parsley.
