Ingredients for 4 people:
2 salad tomatoes, 50g Iberian ham, ½ arugula bag, 4 figs, 8 black olives, 8 almonds, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca and salt.
- Slice the tomatoes and place them in a salad bowl or large dish.
- Spread the arugula leaves between the tomatoes and in the center of the dish. Place the rolled ham in the middle and spread the figs cut in half around it.
- Stir in the black olives and fresh basil leaves and season.
4. Prepare a sauce by beating the almonds with a few basil leaves, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. Drizzle the salad with the sauce and serve
