TOMATO SALAD WITH FIGS AND IBERIAN HAM

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 salad tomatoes, 50g Iberian ham, ½ arugula bag, 4 figs, 8 black olives, 8 almonds, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil Spelunca and salt.

  1. Slice the tomatoes and place them in a salad bowl or large dish.
  2. Spread the arugula leaves between the tomatoes and in the center of the dish. Place the rolled ham in the middle and spread the figs cut in half around it.
  3. Stir in the black olives and fresh basil leaves and season.

4. Prepare a sauce by beating the almonds with a few basil leaves, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. Drizzle the salad with the sauce and serve
